Hospice Palliative Care Week

2010

Date: May 2 - 8, 2010

Location: Downtown Toronto

National Hospice Palliative Care Week is a one-week campaign that focuses on raising awareness about hospice palliative care. It is also a time to celebrate, recognize, and share the achievements of hospice palliative care throughout the nation

Toronto Hospice Palliative Care Network members support this national one-week campaign and we have a line-up of exciting events this year.  Network members have generously offered to sponsor and host a series of educational and awareness sessions within the Toronto Central LHIN related to this year’s Hospice Palliative Care Week’s theme: patient and caregiver experiences.

Staff, volunteers and partners from our network organization members and partners are encouraged to take an hour or two out of their day and come to these informative and insightful sessions.
