The Toronto Central Palliative Care Network cordially invites you and your staff/volunteers to a forum that will be facilitated to provide you with an update on news for two new residential hospices in Toronto Central LHIN - The Kensington Hospice will be a 10 bed hospice, which will open in 2011 and The Children's Hospice. Executive Directors Bill O'Neill, Kensington Health Centre and Rauni Salminen, Philip Aziz Centre will provide an update on the progress and development of their respective residential hospices and be available to answer your questions including those around the clinical team, processes and procedures on access and other items of interest. This will provide an opportunity for you to ask questions as a partner HPC organization. Additionally, both Kensington Health Centre and Philip Aziz Centre request that you bring information on your organization's wait times/lists and issues relating to admissions and exclusion.

This session is open to the entire network, their staff, board members, partners, and friends.We welcome and encourage all to come!
